Pretty funny
I liked it. It was really quite random, but I like random...it's less effort for the creator, yeah, but it's also less effort for us lazy lazy viewers.
Been a good few days since i've laughed audiably at something on the intarwebs, but the dial-up bit make me chuckle. I have no idea why, but it was somehow hilarious.

The graphics where smooth and well drawn, the voice acting was awesome (Kegome is like..the best NG voice actress EVER :D), the humor was great...and any flash based on tea has my vote. :)
Just like..two things. (Dun dun duuunnn..)
Firstly...it kinda felt like it was a flash that was trying to be british, but done by canadian/american peoples...though thinking back on it, that was most probably because it was voiced by a canadian/american (Don't hurt me T_T) girl. Theres just something about western folk saying 'git' and 'arse' that just aint right ^__^;
Second...I thought you could have done more with the opening thang. I know you where obviously going for a scruffy-spoof typish thing, but I felt you could have done more, and made it funnier, with a nicely animated opening with clips from other (probably non-existant) episodes.
Still..those where the only two things that I saw...and they're not exactly major flaws. So yay!

1) Well, finding a decent british voice actress in short notice is...well...impossible. Still, there are those who find americans pretending to be brits funnier than brits themselves =P
2) At the time I was kinda in a hurry, so I had to be a lil skimpy on the intro.

This has now overtaken Hoy Te Amo as my fave flash on Newgrounds.
The style is, as always, brilliant. I'm sick of all these reviews on every anime style flash about how the anime style is 'overused' or 'gay'......The second one, I won't even start on because if you're still using gay as an insult, you're too young to be using the internet without parental controlls, and should return to class swiftly and talk that teacher that lets you play with her shoes. *ahem* ..the first one though, people should stop being so bloody close-minded and ignorant and realise that any style of drawing is open to interpretation. It's one thing writing silly reviews saying 'come up with your own style!', but i'm yet to see one of those reviewers with submissions that don't fall into a genre of art style. So back of kiddys.
The music was great as always. Very catchy, and quite j-pop like, without being japanese, which is nice. Has definatly brough my attention to music styles outside of japan and korea.
I also how the characters from hoy te amo got a quick cameo appearance :)
Overall, the closest thing to perfection i've seen from you or anyone on NG.
And don't bother trying to make a flash that everyone likes. Unfortunatly there are always kids, jealous prats, and people who just plain prefer other styles of flash. It's an impossible task, unfortunatly.
